Jimny's genuine leading arm and trailing arm are made of cast iron, which is relatively inexpensive, so they may bend or break in the worst case if they are run violently. If the arm breaks, not only will it not be able to move according to the road surface, but the coil spring will come off and the propeller shaft will come off, causing a risk of tipping over and a state of inability to drive.
The APIO HD Radius Arms are manufactured from sturdy drawn carbon steel pipe (STKM11S), and the shear force is as high as about 18 times the axle load.
Both HD Radius Arms have welded bosses for jacking up as per the OEM suspension arms.
